We only collect information necessary to issue your digital event tickets, ensure smooth venue admissions, and maintain platform security:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, and authentication identifiers provided when you sign in via Google, Apple, or Facebook.
- Ticket & Order Details: Event selections, seat numbers, purchase timestamps, order totals, and digital ticket QR identifiers.
- Payment Confirmation Data: Transaction reference IDs and payment status returned by authorized payment providers (e.g., KBZPay, MMQR). We do not store your bank passwords, PINs, or card CVVs on our servers.
- Device & Anti-Fraud Telemetry: Device operating system, app version, and session tokens used strictly to prevent duplicate ticket fraud and maintain real-time seat locking.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely for the following purposes:
- Generating and delivering your digital QR tickets to your account and ticket wallet.
- Validating ticket authenticity and gate entry at event venues using real-time anti-passback scanning.
- Holding and locking selected seats on a first-come, first-served (FCFS) basis during checkout to prevent double-booking.
- Communicating essential event updates, time changes, or organizer announcements.
- Preventing fraudulent access, duplicate ticket transfers, and unauthorized scalping.
3. Payment Security & Financial Partners
All digital payment transactions are processed securely through certified financial partners (KBZPay, MMQR, and authorized domestic banking channels). All communications between your device, our ticketing platform, and payment gateways are encrypted with industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption.
4. Account Deletion & Data Retention Policy
In accordance with Google Play Store and Apple App Store user data safety requirements, you have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion:
- Send an email to our dedicated support team at [email protected] with the subject line
"Account Deletion Request". - Please include your registered email address and name associated with your OmniTickets account.
- Our support team will verify your request and process your account deletion within 14 to 30 business days.
What Happens Upon Deletion:
- Your user profile, name, email, and social login associations will be permanently erased from our active database.
- You will no longer be able to log in or access your digital ticket wallet for future events.
- Please Note: Financial transaction records, invoice logs, and completed ticket scan logs will be securely archived for the minimum period legally required for accounting audits, tax compliance, and fraud prevention as mandated by Myanmar commercial regulations.
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers or advertisers. We only share information with:
- Event Organizers: Aggregated seating counts and attendee verification logs for admission management at specific events you purchased tickets for.
- Payment Providers: Transaction reference IDs to verify payment completion and process authorized refunds.
- Legal Authorities: When required by applicable law, court order, or official regulatory investigation.
6. Data Security & Storage
Our infrastructure is hosted on isolated, high-performance cloud servers with continuous monitoring, firewall protections, and automated encrypted backups. We enforce strict role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure only authorized personnel can access operational databases.
