Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OmniTickets (ပွဲတော်) digital ticketing platform, website, and mobile applications operated by Alpha X Co., Ltd ("Alpha X", "we", "us", or "our"). By browsing, booking, or purchasing event tickets through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Digital Ticket Purchases & Real-Time Seat Hold

• Seat Selection & Lock: When selecting seats on our interactive seating map, the system reserves your selected seats on a First-Come, First-Served (FCFS) basis for a limited checkout window to prevent double-booking.
• Order Expiration: If payment is not completed within the allotted hold window, the temporary seat lock will automatically expire and release the seats back for public availability.
• Order Confirmation: An order is deemed final only after successful payment confirmation is received from the authorized payment gateway (KBZPay / MMQR) or recorded at an authorized on-site box office counter.

2. Digital QR Code Tickets & Venue Admission

• Issuance: Purchased tickets are issued digitally with unique dynamic QR codes in your account wallet or via official snapshot link.
• One-Time Entry (Anti-Passback): Each digital ticket grants single-admission entry for one attendee. Entrance gates validate tickets using high-speed camera scanners. Once scanned and marked "Used", duplicate entry attempts will be automatically rejected.
• Presentation: Attendees must present their official digital QR code (via Buyer Mobile App, Buyer Web, or clear digital snapshot) at the entrance gate.
• Prohibition of Counterfeits: Duplicating, forging, tampering with, or creating counterfeit copies of digital QR tickets is strictly illegal and will result in denied entry and potential legal referral.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

• All ticket prices are listed in Myanmar Kyats (MMK) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely via direct integration with official payment partners (KBZPay, MMQR, domestic banking channels, or on-site cash at authorized counter terminals).
• Alpha X is not responsible for any banking network outages, merchant transaction processing fees, or bank service charges deducted by financial institutions.

4. Cancellations, Event Changes & Refund Policy

• Event Organizer Responsibility: Event organizers maintain full operational authority over event line-ups, schedules, venues, seating arrangements, and performances.
• Rescheduled Events: In the event of a date or venue rescheduling by the organizer, your purchased ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise announced.
• Refund Procedures: If an event is cancelled by the organizer and a refund is authorized, refund settlements will be processed back to the original payment method (e.g., KBZPay). Applicable payment gateway processing charges and administrative service fees may be deducted where permitted by organizer agreements.
• No-Shows & Personal Cancellations: Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the specific event organizer, tickets are non-refundable for attendee no-shows or personal scheduling conflicts.

5. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to bulk-reserve seats or disrupt ticket sales releases.
• Engage in unauthorized commercial scalping or resale of tickets at inflated prices outside authorized channels.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures, reverse-engineer QR algorithms, or tamper with the ticketing infrastructure.

6. Limitation of Liability

Alpha X provides the digital ticketing software platform connecting attendees and event organizers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from event cancellations, artist absences, venue disruptions, attendee travel expenses, or external mobile network carrier connectivity failures.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, the competent courts of Yangon, Myanmar.
